Is it safe to use a menstrual cup if I have pad rash or eczema?
Yes — Suci Cup is made from hypoallergenic medical-grade silicone with no latex or dyes, so it's gentler on sensitive skin than pads. As it keeps the blood inside the cup, it will keep you dry, so bye-bye period rash.
Can I really swim/sleep while wearing it?
Yes, the cup creates an internal seal so you can swim, surf or dive without leaks, unlike pads. And yes, you can sleep and roll without worrying about leaks too.
How do I know which size to get?
We usually recommend size A for women who have not delivered a baby via vaginal delivery, ie cesarean section and those who are single. While we recommend size B for those who have delivered a baby via vaginal delivery and women who bleeds heavily during their periods.
How long does one cup last?
With proper care, a Suci Cup can last up to 10 years, replacing thousands of disposable pads or tampons.
Is it hard to insert or remove?
It takes a cycle or two to get used to, and our guide included in the box walks you through folding, insertion and removal step by step. Once you get the hang of it, it will be very easy.
